Recognzies human RSK1, phosphorylated at Ser380. Crossreaction with RSK2 (85% homologous) is expected based on peptide competition by the analogous sequence from RSK2. Crossreaction with RSK3 (77% homologous) and RSK4 (85% homologous) is possible but has not been tested. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human and Mouse. Expected to crossreact with Rat (100% identity with immunogen) due to sequence homology.
